I'm 25 weeks pregnant with 2nd dc. I did loads of birth and baby research first time round - the usual NCT classes, books, websites, it made me feel well prepared. This time round I'm struggling to find the time to do it to the same extent but feel like I could do with a refresh in birth choices/ options, I feel like I only remember what happened last time rather than everything I learned.

Anyway, I'll cut to the chase, does anyone have any easy one stop shop recommendations to get back up to speed?

Thanks x

I read three books about birth, all different but all helpful. Maggie Howell's hypnobirthing one, Juju Sundin's active birthing one and Leigh East's caesarian one.

I say helpful - I haven't actually given birth yet and it looks like an induction is on the cards and my birth plan is out the window, but find it reassuring to feel prepared.
