Consultant at the Portland that supports a Natural Birth Plan

Hi, I am pregnant with baby #2. I gave birth to baby #1 at the Portland, but found that my consultant was not very supportive of my hynobirthing/natural birth plan. This became apparent too late and it wasn't a good fit.

Can anyone recommend someone who is supportive of hypnobirthing techniques? Any experience with Claire Mellon or Cathy Roberts specifically? Thanks!!!

Why don't you opt for their midwife led package instead?

Thanks for the repy. I am not eligible for their midwife package, as I had diet controlled GD and a postpartum hemorrhage. I did speak with an independent midwife, who thought those were odd criteria to require consultant-led care, but she is more specialized in home births and with my previous experience I would feel more comfortable in a hospital. So, I am trying to find a more supportive consultant or a private/independent midwife that works regularly in hospitals.
