Hypnobirthing for dummies advice

Hi all, I know nothing about hypnobirthing. 12 weeks until I am due. Unlikely to do a course at this stage, but are there any audio, books or online recommendations? Hoping for something simple and effective to get the basics. Thanks

I used the Maggie Howell natal hypnobirthing book and CD, found the CD great for keeping me relaxed in the last trimester and found the breathing techniques great during birth, and some of the visuals.
