2 weeks after c'section - some recovery questions

I had an elective c'section 2 weeks ago and gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy! Everything is going well but I'm a bit bothered about my own recovery but not sure whether I'm rushing myself...

1. I'm still bleeding on and off, nothing all day and then suddenly really heavy - how long does this go on for?

1. My boobs are still leaking a bit, even though I didn't breastfeed. They've reduced in size and aren't sore or anything but still getting spots of milk coming out - how long does this last?

1. I've lost 2 stone 2 lbs in 2 weeks (woo hoo - slimmer of the week!) I'm chuffed to bits cos am now same weight as I was when I got pregnant BUT am still having to wear maternity trousers/jeans/tracksuit bottoms cos my belly is so swollen and sore. Will be belly go down (a bit) still? How long did you wear maternity clothes afterwards? Is this normal?

Hi xenabelly, congrats on your news.
I had a c section too. I bled heavily for about 8 weeks which is a pain, just remember to keep your fluids up and eat healthy. (I didn't leak at all, so no advice on that one)You will find that your belly will be swollen for a few more weeks, but it will go down. Don't try any exercises just yet on your tummy. Loose clothes around the waist are better at this stage.
I put on over 4 stone whilst pg, I am now almost back to my pre-preg weight and ds is 2 (had more to loose than you though, you lucky thing!)

I had an emergency c section on the 8/9/21
Iv been perfectly fine up till today, I’m having pains in my belly where my scar is, I got told I had a skin infection around the scar and am taking antibiotics for it, do you think this is anything too worry about? Or is it normal?
