What to pack in hospital bag

Hi can anyone tell me what you packed in your hospital bag please? And anything you wish you had included but didn't or that you took but didn't need/use? Thanks x

Straws
Snacks (biscuits, those easy to make porridge pots)
Slippers
Socks
PJ's
Towel
Hairbrush
Lip balm
Sanitary towels
Underwear
Nappies
Wipes
Baby clothes

For me:
Snacks (biscuits, cereal bars)
Water bottle, one of the squirty type ones is best, because you will be thirsty during and after birth and those tiny plastic cups they have in hospitals are crap
A couple of things to sleep in
Knickers
Maternity pads
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Slippers
Face wash and moisturiser
A thin dressing gown or long cardigan - the wards are always boiling but you might want something to cover up with when you go to the bathroom

For the baby:
Pack of nappies
Sleep suits
Short sleeved vests to go underneath
Cotton wool (they don't recommend using wipes on a newborn)
Hat (important because they lose a lot of heat in the first hours)
