Eccentric cord insertion?

From my 20 week scan notes, I see I have an eccentric cord insertion. The sonographer didn't mention it at the time so I'm assuming it's not something to worry too much about (my baby has measured larger than average so I guess she wasn't concerned about it not getting enough nutrients).

I realise eccentric is less severe than marginal, but wondered if my having an eccentric will be taken into account when I come to having the baby? Is it generally safe to have a natural/vaginal birth with eccentric cord insertion?

any knowledge or experience on the subject would be appreciated!
