ELCS at 37 weeks?

I'm pregnant with DC3 and due to slowing growth, have been booked in for a section at 37+0. I know that 37 weeks is technically term but that they generally prefer to wait until 39 weeks for C-sections. Baby predicted to be around 6 lbs so not tiny but much smaller than my others. I'm a little worried about breathing and feeding issues. Anyone have any experience of this?

My twins were born by c section at 37+4, one baby (6.15lb) was completely fine, the other (5.5lb) a little cold so had to be warmed in a hot cot for a couple of days and took about a week to properly breastfeed. I had two steroid injections the week before to help develop the lungs
