Consultant appointment for pregnancy following EMCS

I was really just wondering what to expect will happen at this appointment and whether there will be further ones.

Last year I had an EMCS and I would like to have an ELCS this time. Is this likely to be agreed at this appointment or will I have to go to several to discuss it?

They may go through last labour and EMCS, give you risks vs benefits of ELCS and vaginal birth, send you away and make a follow up appt for later down the line to confirm and book
