Pre labour sickness?

Has anyone had nausea and sickness before labour? Is it a sign or am I just at that stage of wanting everything to be a sign?!
If you did get it how long was it before labour started?

I've been a birthing partner for my sil 3 times she's always been sick when she's in advanced labour. Bur labour can be different from woman to woman. Call the midwife.

I had sickness (and the other end...) at the start of my labour - like a stomach bug, but for half an hour! Labour had been on going for about 3 hours then I think, then baby born 6 hours later.

Mine started yesterday but nothing else seems to be happening. I'm a bit disappointed!!
