I have my steroid shots in the morning and petrified

I haven't had them in thigh but I've had them before in tendons in hands, and although they hurt I found being completely still, breathing through and chanting/singing something in my head helped (ended up singing 'Bow down mr, hare Rama hare Krishna I've and over again by Boy George- no idea where that came from but it helped lol! ) Good luck! I hope it won't last too long

Just had my 1st one and it was fine

I had them and they were fine.

Thank you for your replies wasn't half as bad as I expected just a little sting and so worth it
