Leakage of urine has started one month postpartum?

I had a straightforward vaginal birth a month ago (1st degree tear) after a more difficult forceps delivery 4 years earlier. I had faecal continence issues after the forceps birth which resolved with physio, This time around all was fine after the birth, aside from a haemorrhoid or two, until now, literally today, when I have started to leak urine and I can't even sense it until I feel the wet. Help? Why has this started now? Should I see the GP?

Have you been doing your pelvic floor exercises? Might be worth a visit to gp, think they refer to womens physio.

Yes, been doing PFEs. In fact, it all felt relatively good down there right from after the birth. Got 6 week check with GP soon so will mention it then and use pads in the meantime.
