What to expect..specialist midwife appointment

I've been referred to a specialist midwife to discuss previous birth (emergency section) and this next birth (aim for vaginal birth).

Has anyone had an appointment like this? What should I expect? Not sure what to ask!

I had an appointment with the matron of the midwife team when pregnant with my second. We talked through what had happened with my son's traumatic labour and how she could help reassure me for the second time. For example he was distressed and inhaled his muncineum. I was concerned if I wan't on constant monitoring they wpuldnMt pick it up till it was too late so she agreed that I could be monitored as soon as I got to hospital. I also agreed to go I as soon as I started labour rather than wait at home.
She was lovely.
