Best present for a new (3rd time) mum

Just thinking about what would be a nice gift to my friend just about to have her third child - already with 3 and 4 year old girls.
What physical thing would you like or appreciate most post- birth??

What I most appreciated was someone coming round to look after the older ones for a while. Could you take the older girls out to the park for a couple of hours or something? That was the best thing anyone did for me.

Yes - that is a good thought and absolutely possible!

Could you take some meals round for her freezer? Either home made or posh ready meals?
