Recommendations for c section products - belly binding, scar reduction etc?

Has anyone tried belly binders? Recommendations for cheapish ones would be great (i.e. not belly bandit).

And did anyone use anything to improve their scar (feel and appearance) that you would recommend please?

And any other products that might be useful post c section?

I used contractubex on an episiotimy wound and it IMO stopped it scarring too much. If I were to have another surgical wound I'd buy it again. Its has been proven to work on clinical trials.

My scar is barely visible (and not just because I'm nearly 39 weeks with dc2 and can't see it anymore ) but all I used on it, once it had healed enough, and also on my belly for stretchmarks, was the Super Moisturising Body Oil from Balance Me. I'll never know if it's the reason my stretchmarks vanished and my scar has all but disappeared but I've bought it again this time round just in case Pretty spenny but worth every penny!
