Anyone had c section hernia?

Foolishly I did too much early on after my c section and I think I pulled a muscle...but a stitch came out and there's a pouch of overhang on the side that hurts and I wonder if it's actually a hernia. Has anyone had a hernia (incisional hernia?) after a c section? What did it look like? How did it get diagnosed? And is it repaired now? All stories welcome.

A one-way ticket to your GP is what I'd recommend. I had a hernia but not through child birth and that was a real bitch of a pain. I couldn't even bend down for fear of keeling over. Go see your GP.
