I'm expecting our fourth baby in five years.. And just worrying how the recovery will be as obviously it's taken longer each time.

Any tips?

Yes,

Really take some time out, we found the further we went on with adding siblings, the more it payed off to keep the first few days for just us and the siblings, as normal busy life tends to take over.

I found with my first , I hardly missed a beat and had baby and carried on,

I would pre warn people you want to have some family space and really give your household some personal time to all bond.

I know a lot of friends who found they deeply under estimate the effect it would have on them.

plan for the few weeks after, lots of batch cooking so you have freezer full of health food which just needs heating up.
