where can i get good online csection advice?

im seing consultant in feb about trying to have 1 more baby.i was told after 3 csections and last one resulting in damage to bladder due to scar tissue that it was dangerous to have another but really do want 1 more!now docs are saying maybe but is there any where i can find out any info on line?
