Anyone up still?

First baby, due tomorrow and I think I've gone into labour...

Now I'm shit scared!

Had a very light trickle sensation... Nothing odd but changed pad. Clear goo... Back ache and a little cramping which I think is what period pains felt like.... Only had two so far... Also (tmi alert) needed urgent poo!

Tide is still taking each contraction as it comes. Things slowed for a bit as baby has turned posterior but shes enjoying the gas and air at least.

She's been truly amazing thus far but it's pretty tiring by now.

Baby boy born at 18:42. 3.6kg apparently if I had been in hospital I would have a had forceps!

Yes I had a baby boy born yesterday at 1.44pm, 7lbs 2oz. Had a long, difficult labour but all is well. Older brother (21 months) isn't that interested!

Congratulations mummybear. That was a long labour. Well done, you did it. Hell of a way to make a new human, eh?
Ds1 will come around in his own time. There is 19m between my first two and ds1 took an interest in his baby brother only once he started weaning and was at the dinner table with us. He just assumed he was a sophisticated kind of vegetable up until that point.

They're friends, enemies, then friends again now at 3y4m and 21m.

Wow Mutella, 19months- how did you find the early days? Ds1 tried to pick him up out of the Moses basket earlier and attempted to climb in the carrycot on the pram to get in with him! Apart from that all good!
