How long do you stay in hospital after an elcs?

As the title says really.
I'm 40+3 so still time for my vbac but will see midwife on Monday and talk will turn to induction, which due to previous section, will be another recommend section. I know I can fight for induction/monitoring etc but I don't want to. I'm happy to have a section as it will mean I can be sterilised at the same time. But I'm just trying to remember how long you stay in hospital for afterwards

My midwife advised it would be 1-3 night depending on what time I got out of theatre, how mobile I was and how I was coping with the pain.

What pp stated. I stayed for 2 nights. I don't know if sterilisation complicates/changes this.

2 nights for all 3 of mine. But the first night home was tough.

Thank you will have to repack the hospital bag if it comes to that.
Fingers crossed baby makes an appearance beforehand
