Trust me!
Pains since sat period pains but not contractions and not regular.
Went hosp to see if pains were contractions yest lunch and they kept me in due to high bp- just got home and felt a little trickle (not a gush like last time with dd) I've got a pad on but its not soaking like last time.
Should I give it another hour?

You can get a little trickle when the waters have broken, but the baby's head bungs the hole up. Is it a clear watery slightly soapy feeling liquid? Get ready...

The smell of waters is very different to urine, it's a good way to tell! (And the first thing a midwife would do, would be to have a sniff, ime!)
Good luck!

It could be your smaller hind waters. It's really important that you tell the hospital as you will need to give birth soon if that's the case

With my first pregnancy my water broke. With my second I never noticed the water breaking apparently it went slowly like a trigger..
