Induction day today!

I am 40+12 with DC no.5.

All 4 have been late and I got to +19 and +21 with my last 2.

This time however I am far too impatient and have agreed to induction at the earliest date

I have never been induced from the start, with DC1 I had my waters broken and the drip when I wasn't progressing, so I have a bit of experience.

So far I am feeling optimistic and excited. It is very strange to know that I will be going to hospital at 3pm and will probably not emerge until baby is here.

Still no pessary. Babies heart rate was a bit erratic but it's calmed down now so hopefully soon.
