Raspberry leáf tea and evening primrose oil?

I've got 2 questions about Raspberry Leaf Tea and Evening Primrose oil.

From what I've read RLT helps tone uterus but needs time to build up in the body. Contrary to popular misconception it does not trigger labour.

And EPO contains prostaglandins (same as semen) which soften the cervix. Again, does not stimulate labour.

I've always enjoyed RLT as the original loose leaf tea (so 100% RL). I like it! I'm currently enjoying my usual cuppa a day (31 weeks going on 32) and plan to build up by a cuppa week till 35 weeks and then move to the capsules. Is that something anyone has done before and to what effect? (It doesn't stimulate labour so not looking for warnings on those lines!!)

Regarding EPO. I've had it for years to help with period pain, acne, low mood etc, years. Stopped when I got pregnant. When is it okay to begin taking orally again? I know it can also be inserted vaginally.mbut from my many tease experience with EPO it takes a while to build up. Again, any experiences?

I took both in my first pregnancy and the raspberry leaf tea (I took capsules) definitely helped my uterus contract back afterwards (the midwives commented how well it was going back and asked if I was doing anything). Don't think it or the EPO made any difference in helping in labour - I had a long painful back to back labour, slow to dilate, needed forceps delivery.

I'd been looking into taking them again and saw that EPO can cause bleeding so I'm not taking that this time. I had a bad post partum haemmhorage last time and am now wondering if it contributed/caused it in any way. Started RLT yesterday.
