Does this sound like the start of labour to you?!

I'm currently 40+5 with my second, my first was 2days late and I had no induction with her at all. I had a sweep yesterday and my mw told me that my cervix was posterior but more favourable than she thought it was going to be. She managed to get one finger in to about 1.5 in length (sorry, tmi I know!!) anyway within the last hour I had quite a large 'snotty' show and am now getting the scratching pains down below... Do you think it's going to be today? I'm so hot and have been vile to everyone today lol! Please help!! X

Sounds like it- maybe not today but maybe by er......4am?? Are we having bets?!
How long was your first labour?

First one, I woke at about 6am with a few pains, she was born just after 4pm! To be honest, I'd take 4am, lovely and cool and no sunshine!!

Yep I'm sticking with 4am! Any more bets?

No... Nothing! Think you might be out now with your 4am guess - unfortunatly! Oh goodness I've had enough... :(
