I really hope somebody can help me please. I tore when giving birth a couple of years ago (had had an episiotomy prior to that with my first) and have been absolutely fine since, until now. Now I have what feels like skin tags all around the scar tissue, which sometimes itch and bleed. Does anyone have experience of this please? I'm perplexed as to why now after so long. Thank you.
