Peterborough Area Birthing Choices

i've looked on birthchoice.co.uk

i live in oundle, UK. in peterborough PCT.

appears that my options for birthing are kettering, peterborough, kings lynn, Hinchingbrooke.

there are no recent reviews on this topic. i would really like to give birth in a home away from home birth centre type setting... any insight would be gladly appreciated

If you are in Oundle - I would say your choices are realistically limited to Peterborough and maybe Kettering. Hinchingbrooke & KL are far too far for to travel in labour.

I have no direct experience of either. I do no someone that had a very postive experience of Peterborough & someone that had a very very negative experience at P'boro. Don't know whether they were home from home though.
