sounds like the head is engaging if not done so already.......sit on a gym ball if you have one to help open up the pelvis and move baby down...(if that is comfortable with the SPD)

sex.....

nipple stimulation

walking ( not to much, don;t wear yourself out )

have you had a show? that signals the start of dilation ..but can still be a while before baby comes...

contractions starting is usually a good sign it has begun, or your waters going....

contractions that are regular , rhythmic, increasing in intensity and coming closer together are a sign of true labour...not braxton hicks!

show not always bloody....can be clear and mucousy......heavier discharge common in later pregnancy....whatever it is, your body is gearing up for labour........

Sounds like baby is engaging, so I would go with the advice lulumama has given you. Do make sure you get planty of rest asweel ,as you will need the engery. Good luck x
