Early labour signs?

I'm 38+3 and scheduled for a c section next Tuesday due to a breech baby. But over the last 24 hours I've had period type back pain and have also started to feel very fluey. I've also broken out in lots of spots! Are these signs of imminent labour or am I getting ill... And will this effect the c section?

I woke up this morning feeling even worse, so went to the doctors and they think it's a urine infection... So not as exciting as early labour! I'm now on antibiotics in the hope that it clears up before next Tuesday... And hopefully I'll start to feel better too!

Hope you feel better soon. I'm getting a CS on Tuesday too :)

I'm feeling loads better, so think the doctor was right and the antibiotics have done their job :-)
