First period after emcs. tmi?

Please tell me it gets better! It's like I've just given birth again! It's never been this heavy before. Surely it must get better. :(

First one was grim, but since then they've been just like pre pregnancy.

I had some really nasty periods after my emcs. Big chunks, loads of heavy bleeding (sorry if tmi). After a while they got much better though. Taking good vitamins seemed to help!

I had a EMCS 4 weeks ago and am not looking forward to first period. What vitamins would you recommend pp?
