Advice please

Hi ladies

DD was born 2 weeks 2 days ago, normal straight forward delivery no tears only a couple of grazes inside.

Bleeding has been fine and had pretty much stopped, today me and OH got a little carried away and DTD (sorry tmi and I know you'll all say we are crazy and we did use a condom) it was fine didn't hurt as such, stung a little but that was it. Anyway I've noticed a bit of watery red blood has started again, no pain or anything else and I just wondered if anyone has any experience? Although I may be about the only obe crazy enough!

It is normal to stop and start bleeding for weeks, so I wouldn't worry.

It's normal for it to stop and start, listen to your body. If it's stops then starts you are probably pushing yourself to hard, have a rest. Just remember than you have an open wound inside from the placenta coming away so you need to rest and heal.

Thanks it seems to have stopped again for the minute. I'm going to take it a bit easier and maybe leave off the amorous activities for another couple of weeks!
