Imminent birth with anterior prolapse

This morning I had a look down there and spotted a bulge. After googling then describing it to my doctor DH, he said it's an anterior prolapse and I've had it for a while.. He said it also is most likely linked to my stress incontinence I've had since a shocking cough in Nov. I've been quite embarrassed by it and not discussed it with my midwife. However I'm now 39 weeks.

Sorry on phone!

Questions are: is this likely to get worse? Is it possible to have a vaginal birth with one?

Last baby was only 7lbs, small tears d less than 8hrs labours
