I am gonna have my third in a few months and the bit I am dreading most of how gross i feel in the whole postnatal time.

I feel so wobbly and drippy and leaky. Nothing fits right, you have to wear pads instead of tampons which i just hate and make me feel so uncomfortable and 'aware' of it all down there.

I am very body conscious so feel so wobbly and flabby is really distressing for me.

I know I will have my beautiful baby with me who of course is worth it all but any advise on how not to feel quite to nasty all the time?

I felt vile after my second last year. Constantly hot, sweaty and gross. Yuck. Having my mum and DH around a lot for the first few weeks allowed me to take two (or 3) baths or showers a day, which helped me at least feel clean on the outside!
