I just bought an exercise ball yesterday and pumped it up last night, but it feels quite soft. I can definitely sit upright on it but I sort of sink down a bit. Intuitively, I suspect it should feel firmer and more supportive but would really appreciate a bit of guidance. It may be that I just need to pump it up more, or perhaps it's just a bit rubbish (only cost 10). Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance ladies
