Birth pool in a box - help

Just trying to set up the birth pool in a box and having loads of trouble with the tap adaptor. Anyone have any tips?

We've just set one up but I think we got the tap adaptor from local diy shop so maybe if you're really struggling get another one?! Good luck. X

We had that issue but I found a video on YouTube which showed how to fit it. It was a weird way and not obvious from looking at it.
