section with anterior placenta?

Hi, I have had an anterior placenta confirmed at 20 week scan. I am wondering how this will affect my planned section, which has been approved by my consultant but I haven't seen him since I had the placenta news confirmed. Will they have to operate in a different place? Ie not where existing scar is?

I had an anterior placenta with ds2, I also had a section, no idea if it made a difference to anything!! No one mentioned it as being a problem and I had no Complications. That's prob not very helpful but just wanted to let you know it wasn't a big deal!!!
