Bleeding after ELCS

I had an ELCS two weeks ago, I bled (quite lightly really) for a week and then it tapered off to a very slight discharge for the next week. So light I had stopped wearing a pad. Luckily today I put one on as was going out. Anyway I walked for approx 15 mins today (furthest yet) but slowly and with no bags etc (DH carried DD) and this eve I am bleeding a lot more (quite red/brown) and have mild abdominal pain. Is this normal? I wouldn't say walking that short distance was over doing it but is that why I'm bleeding a lot more?

I don't think it's an infection as no smell at all and pain is mild.

I bled on and off for about 6 weeks after my c-section. Physical exertion definitely made it heavier.

I had similar for a while after my c section. I would feel fine whilst walking but then have pain and bleeding a while afterwards. So I don't think it's anything to particularly worry about, although it's annoying to have to take things so carefully.

It's normal but can also be a sign that you're over doing it. Just build up the walking gradually x

Sounds normal, mine went on for 8 weeks after my section (it's lies that you don't bleed much after a section, lies!) then a week off then the worst period of my life when that restarted. What a fun few months that was.
It would stop and start up again if I did any walking of any distance
The midwife at the time said unless it's a pad every hour and/or absolutely stinks, it's normal
