Hi all, I had a sweep this evening around 3.15 and had mild period cramps there afte but last 3 hours I've timed them at 10 minutes apart and lasting around 60 seconds. They are strong but breathable through, I'm just really worried about going into full blown labour on my own, specially while partner working nights and mum is half hour away and all my kids are in bed.. Any advice?
