Elective section?

Im 16 weeks pregnant with my second child. I had to be induced with the first which took 3 days, had to have my waters broken and was generally a horrible experience although technically uncomplicated. I still have nightmares about it. It has also left me very close to a prolapse which my doctor states will happen at some point.

Im terrified of going through this again. Terrified of giving birth resulting in prolapse. I feel panicked at the thought. Can i request a c section or would i be a fool to do so?

You can request a c-section but gather all of the facts first.
This time may not be like the last, it may be absolutely fine.

But the option of a c-section is always there if you want it.
