Need Arnica advice

I'm interested in ordering Arnica 200 from Helios, for c section recovery.
Has anyone ordered from this site? I know the potency should be 200, But I'm confused as to if I need tabs, granules or oral liquid. then confused again as to size (how many grams).
Please advise.

I regularly order from Helios - they're well regarded and recommended by qualified homeopaths. Can't help with your other questions I'm afraid.

i would go into a homeopathic place and ask for some advice - i'm sure i've read somewhere that arnica isn't suitable following c-section???? - but don't quote me on that! worth checking tho with qualified homeopath

Helios have got a really good phone line and will be able to give you individual advice.

I ordered Arnica 200c tablets (14gr) from Helios, never used them, still unopened in the cupboard. If you decide to get those ones, I could send you these. email me if interested: [email protected]

I just bought some from Holland and Barrett and they have a book instore which lists the quantities you should take. It's my first though so I have no idea if they work (I've used them after other surgery though and they've certainly helped reduce the time take for bruising to heal.

I saw a homeopath for my last one and she gave me an enormous arnica, 1M or something, looked more like a tic tac! I took it after my c-section and it certainly seemed to help... not sure if you can get that in the shops though, we have a homeopathic chemist where they make things up for you too, anything like that in your area?

I have been using the sanctury's mande lular which is a gorgeous body moisturiser containing arnica. Someone bought some for me post delivery and it is lovely - I have bought some for every new mum friend ever since! It costs about £10 in boots.
