had lower back ache and pain coming round the lower front of tummy for about 4 hours now on and off of course and not lasting very long. also started to feel pretty sick. does this sound like early labour or practise contractions? ftm and 40+2,

Yes it does. I had backache all day with my second and had him in the early hours. Try and rest and get any last bits together.
