tubal ligation after c section

I had a c-ection 1 week ago & tubes tied at the same time. Am still having really sharp pains at both sides of my uterus - is this where tubes were cut or normal c-section pain? Also my scar is a good 20cm, much larger than I was expecting, is this also due to the tubal ligation?(baby was sideways so may have been because of how she was lying?)

wads. i had a c section with my dd 16 weeks ago.i was in alot of pain afterwards, i had really sharp pains too. rest as mush as you can as this can make your recovery worse and longer than normal. I didnt have my tubes tied so I am not sure on this, but i was in alot of pain for a number of weeks. my scar is about 10cms so maybe yours is down to the way your baby was born?

no advice sorry, I would ask your midwife and get a doctor to check for any infection. Look after yourself, dont do anything unnecessary iykwim.
