hypnobirthing class bournemouth

anybody out there taken one, would love to find out more....

Not in Bournemouth but I did a hypnobirthing course. Hypnobirthing really worked for me (although I did need gas and air from 5cm dilated). It didn't take the pain away but made me calm and able to deal with it. The breathing techniques are much more helpful than the ones we did at the NCT classes. It also gave me huge amounts of confidence that my body could do it!

Have you looked at the hypnobirthing website - they have lots of info on there + you can find all the instructors in your area.
