There's so many thoughts in my head about it all that I don't know where to start. Any tips on how to structure my thoughts?

Would it help if you shared your thoughts on here with us? It might help you organise them. Or write them all down with a good friend and use that as a bit of a 'draft letter'.

Hi I think that you can go in and have a meeting with the leading midwife of your ward and sit and discuss everything you went through and she goes through the birth notes with you etc
