Am I in labour?! HELP

Second baby, keep getting really strong intense... Well contractions I think. I have to breathe through the pain. They are quite irregular though really intense, but speed up when I'm walking about but slow down when I'm laying in bed??? Is this labour? When do I call the labour ward? Also just had a bloody show!

Don't panic! Start timing how long they last and the time in between them. Phone the labour ward whenever you want to, but it'll help them judge if you have your timings.
