Booked for ecv about 38 weeks. Ive an anterior placenta and a full frank breech, is it correct that these make it harder to turn the baby? I do trust the staff, hospital is very good, but am quite nervous (unlike me). Just scared of hurting the baby! Also feeling low as everything is up in the air - what i'll be allowed to do, whether baby turns and I get normal labour, or doesnt and then i've choices to make i've never been faced with before (4 previous vaginal births). I dont really want a c section...

ps seen the spinning babies thing. Tired of positions already has made no difference. And a frank breech is kinda 'wedged' there, not like a flex breech...

sorry for waffling! thoughts & stories so welcome! TAI

Feel for you. I'm getting reassessed at 36 weeks. Would be good to know more too.

yeah I found out at 33 weeks. Had no idea because kicks were high, like a head down baby, but turned out it was cos the legs were straight up! Re-scanned yesterday and still the same... dont feel very hopeful of baby turning, not sure why... particular type of position I suppose and baby already estimated at 6lb 12oz...
