Hi I have a meeting tomorrow to meet the head midwife to discuss having a c section, (I want one) has anyone else had this meeting? What can I expect

A full discussion about your reasons for wanting a section. An attempt to see whether you can be supported to consider a vaginal birth. A discussion of the risks involved with a section. This is all so that you can make a 'fully informed' decision about which way you prefer to give
birth. The HOM is there to help and support you so hopefully you will come away with a plan of care you are happy with.
