I gave birth 9 days ago. I had a natural delivery but had third degree tears. I then had a spinal block so they could stitch me up. I spent the first day in bed in recovery so didn't move around a lot. Since then, my arse cheeks have been completely numb. They feel like they are asleep the whole time. Has anyone else experienced this? Will it get better? If so, when?
