'The natural caesarean: a woman-centred technique' video

There's been a lot of mention of a 'natural caesarean' lately, so I thought I'd post this video again (I posted it a few months ago) as I found it really interesting.

I'm scheduled to have my 2nd C-section next Wednesday and I'm hoping to do at least some of these things, in particular the lowering of the screen and skin to skin very quickly (although I think it's likely baby will be weighed and checked first in my hospital). I had skin to skin very quickly last time, but didn't have the screen lowered as I wasn't aware this was an option. Getting a bit nervous now, but it was a pretty relaxed experience last time so hoping for the same again!

There's a fb group too www.facebook.com/groups/naturalcaesareanuk

I'm excitedly planning mine - I know they have done one recently at my local hospital so don't anticipate too much bother
