Childcare when you go into labour

Who looked after your little one(s) when you went into hospital? Did they arrive in plenty of time? How far away were they?

We had plan A and B lol

Plan A family member from as soon as I went in hospital.

Plan B in case chosen family member was unavailable dh to watch dc1, friend to come to hospital with me.

Luckily plan A worked and my parents had my ds.
