No period 12 weeks after giving birth....slightly worried

13 weeks and still no period. With dc1 i am sure period returned about 5 week after. There is no way i am pregnant as not dtd. I am formula feeding. Is this normal

yes totally normal!

Was about 6 months for me I think. 5 weeks would be pretty speedy.

It was somewhere around the 9 or 10 month mark for me.

6 months for 1 and 12 months for the other for me, although I was bf a lot and at night, which makes a difference.

If you know there's no chance of being pregnant again then don't worry. If there is a chance then test so you know.

I exclusively breast fed all of mine and with everyone my period returned at 5/6 weeks. I was gutted as had hoped for no periods while breast feeding.
