Was just looking to rent a TENS machine from Boots again. Since I last rented one, they have a new one on the market - mama TENS my time. Anyone know if the difference between the original and the new one is worth the bother?

Hi we rented this new one although aside from a trial with it we haven't used it properly yet (38+4 and waiting!). From what I gathered the difference is that it times your contractions. So every time you get one you press a button on it and then again when it stops. Whether I remember to do that, I'm not sure, as I'm counting on DH taking care of that! It didn't seem to cost much more so we just went for it.

You're right. - It is only a few quid difference. Might as well splurge! Not every day we will be in this much pain!. ;)
